You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles or shotguns and at least 21 to purchase handguns, actions, or receivers. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer.

If a firearm is rejected, denied, or refused by the FFL Dealer or if the customer does not pass the FFL NICS background check, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Firearm sales are final. USAGO does not accept firearm returns; customers should contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
