How Does USAGO 4-Pay, Powered By Sezzle Work?

You’ll pay 25% of your order total up front as a down payment (your first installment). The remaining 75% is split into three equal payments. There’s no interest, and no fees—as long as you pay on time.

Sezzle does not impact your credit score. Sezzle may validate your credit history to determine your spending power, but that has no effect on your credit score. If you choose to enroll in Sezzle Up, our optional credit reporting program, Sezzle will report your payments to credit reporting bureaus, allowing the opportunity to build credit. You do not need to sign up for Sezzle Up in order to use Sezzle at USAGO.
To use Sezzle, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid U.S. phone number that can receive text messages, a working email address, and an accepted payment method (bank account, debit card, or credit card). Prepaid cards are not allowed. Be sure your account information is accurate—using nicknames, the wrong birthdate, or misspelling your name can lead to declined orders.

You can contact USAGO for all questions about your order either by calling 1-800-764-6090, emailing support@usago.org, or sending a message via chat (bottom of screen).

If USAGO cancels or refunds an order, your Sezzle payment plan will be updated automatically, and you’ll receive an email with the details. Until you’ve received a refund confirmation from USAGO and Sezzle confirms the funds have been received, Sezzle may continue processing scheduled payments in accordance with their user agreement. That’s why it’s important to closely monitor the status of any cancellations or refunds until the process is fully complete.
Sezzle considers various factors during the approval process to determine your spending power. Some of the many variables considered include how long you’ve been a Sezzle shopper, the information you provided at sign-up, and your order history with Sezzle. Sezzle is available on purchases up to $2,500.
As USAGO processes, ships, cancels, or adjusts orders, it may take some time for those updates to appear in your Sezzle account. Your initial purchase attempt will remain in a pending status for up to 7 days. If your order is modified or refunded, it may take up to 7 days for those changes to reflect in Sezzle. If a refund is issued, Sezzle will first apply it to cancel any outstanding payments. Once all remaining payments are canceled, any additional refund due will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving Sezzle’s refund confirmation email. Refunds made to a credit or debit card will always go back to the same card used for the purchase.

If you used more than one payment method to pay your Sezzle installments, you may receive separate refunds for each method used. If you selected the “Pay in Full” option and your order is canceled or returned, the full refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Please note: If a third party (such as PayPal or another merchant) issues your refund instead of USAGO, your Sezzle payment plan will remain unchanged. Because Sezzle provided the funds for your purchase, you are still responsible for repaying them—even if you received reimbursement elsewhere. For example, if you placed a $100 order and paid $25 upfront through Sezzle, but a third party refunds you $100, you still owe Sezzle the remaining $75. Those refunded funds should be used to repay your Sezzle balance.

USAGO+ and ProShield Memberships are excluded from USAGO 4-Pay, powered by Sezzle. Additionally, you cannot buy USAGO Gift Cards or USAGO Club Memberships with USAGO 4-Pay.
