A single press of the button will activate your light in a momentary-only manor. Your REIN weapon light will only active while the button is pressed and will immediately turn back off once pressure is lifted from the button.

This means if your remote switch ever fails your REIN can still be operated using the tailcap push-button as they operate electrically independent from one another.
