If a firearm is rejected, denied, or refused by the FFL Dealer or if the customer does not pass the FFL NICS background check, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Firearm sales are final. USAGO does not accept firearm returns; customers should contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.

By ordering a firearm, you confirm you are the actual transferee/buyer, are of legal age, and satisfy all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements to complete the transfer.
